Ik help je om van een idee een
3D-ontwerp te maken dat goed te printen is.

Dat kan met een schets, foto of bestaande 3D-file.

We kijken samen naar maatvoering, pasvorm en gebruik.

Daarna zorg ik dat het ontwerp technisch klopt voor de 3D-printer.

Met mijn printservice maak ik onderdelen op maat.

We kiezen samen materiaal en kwaliteit die passen bij jouw toepassing.

Ik werk met Prusa-printers voor constante kwaliteit.

Dat zorgt voor strakke lagen, nette details en herhaalbare prints.

De printers zijn afgestemd op mijn materialen en worden regelmatig gecontroleerd.

Zo verklein ik de kans op mislukte prints en krijg jij een voorspelbaar resultaat.

Over Print Wise

Print Wise is de kleinschalige 3D-printservice
van Thijs van der Louw in Venray.

Ik help particulieren en bedrijven met onderdelen en maatwerk die je niet zomaar kunt kopen.

Dat kan gaan om een kapot clipje, een houder, een prototype
of een kleine serie onderdelen.
Altijd met aandacht voor maatvoering, pasvorm en praktisch gebruik.

Ik werk met betrouwbare Prusa-printers en goede materialen.
Meestal PLA en PETG voor algemene toepassingen
en polypropyleen (PP) als een onderdeel extra sterk moet zijn of tegen een stootje moet kunnen.

Heldere communicatie vind ik belangrijk.
Je krijgt vooraf een duidelijke inschatting van wat ik voor je doe
en wat het ongeveer gaat kosten.
Ik denk met je mee, hou je op de hoogte
en noem een opdracht pas klaar als jij het resultaat met vertrouwen kunt gebruiken.

Van idee tot print in vijf stappen

  1. Kennismaken
    Je stuurt je idee, schets, foto of 3D-model.
    We kijken samen wat je nodig hebt en wat het onderdeel moet kunnen.

  2. Ontwerp en voorbereiding
    Ik maak het model printklaar of pas het waar nodig aan.
    We letten op maatvoering, pasvorm, materiaal en stevigheid.

  3. Voorstel
    Je krijgt een duidelijke inschatting van prijs en planning.
    Bij ingewikkelde onderdelen kan een testprint handig zijn.

  4. Printen
    Ik plan de opdracht in en print met passende instellingen.
    Daarna controleer ik maatvoering en afwerking.

  5. Levering
    Je ontvangt de prints per post of haalt ze op in Venray.
    Is er nog iets niet goed
    dan kijk ik met je mee naar een oplossing.
